Cataloguing The Woogloo system allows you to easily assemble your products into groups which are simple and quick to navigate through. With its advanced cataloguing system, products within even the most complex and large product range can be quickly and easily located by clients.
Unlimited levels of categories can be created and your Woogloo automatically creates graphically rich page content for easy navigation through the catalogue’s category structure. With your Woogloo, you can even create different product catalogues for different clients - each with their own pricing structure and security access. Pricing Options There are six different pricing levels plus a “Special price” feature which can be set to a date range enabling automated specials promotions.
By combining the pricing options feature with the security/registration features you can have different pricing levels aimed at different customer levels. i.e. trade, wholesale, retail. Each pricing level is only visible to those to whom you grant access. Sales Tax Settings With the sales tax setting you can set the name of the sales tax (e.g. GST, VAT, etc.) and set what percentage value is used to calculate the sales tax that is added onto a sales tax exclusive price. Otherwise you can turn off this feature for a sales tax inclusive price. NOTE: You could use this feature to calculate and add a freight percentage to your price. This isn’t necessarily the best way to charge freight but is a cheap alternative for those who choose not to purchase the Woogloo Freight Calculator. Payment Gateways Any payment gateway can be integrated into your Woogloo to enabled automated credit card transactions – Woogloo is currently integrated to 6 different payment gateways in New Zealand and overseas.
Upon purchasing products using a credit card payment gateway, customers can automatically be set to a new user level for greater automation opportunities and commissions can be paid to referring clients or affiliates.
Subscriptions can be setup to automate for a fully automated billing system – including the collection of funds from a client’s credit card automatically via certain payment gateways. Subscriptions Automating the setting up and collection of subscriptions via a website can create exciting opportunities for passive income. Woogloo's base platform comes with a fully automated subscription system. By combining it with a payment gateway an array of passive income and automation features are unleashed. For example, users can come to your Woogloo, register, purchase a subscription and at the same time pay a one-off setup fee and automatically be upgraded to a higher security level enabling them to access restricted information, products and downloads (e.g. an e-Book). Combined with the Email Marketing plug-in, they can then also be automatically sent an email newsletter. Funds can be automatically deducted from their credit card via the fully automated billing system. New invoices are created, emailed to the client and added to their online statement. When a client purchases a subscription, commissions for referring clients can be calculated and automatically added to their own online statement. Combined with the Affiliate Manager plug-in this creates the opportunity to create a fully circular marketing system. For example, you can setup an online resource (e.g. an e-Book, newsletter, news or information service, staff recruitment system, etc. - the opportunities are endless.), sell an affiliate license to people wanting to generate passive income, these people then place advertisements (e.g. Google AdWords) that attract clients to visit their landing page on your website. Freight Calculator Available as a plug-in the Woogloo Freight Calculator doesn’t come with the Basic Woogloo package. However, for those wanting a sturdy, functional freight calculator at a very affordable price this is a sought after feature. Using the Freight Calculator your site can automatically calculate freight from your customers’ details and add it to the final billing total before the order is processed – which is vital for selling hard goods and collecting the payment for those via a payment gateway. The Woogloo Freight Calculator plug-in can work out freight for three different country zones (e.g. New Zealand, Australia and the Rest of the World). You can set it to calculate freight based on weight (or this same setting can simply be used as a multiplier), a percentage of the total order or a fixed charge. A minimum fee can be set and when orders exceed a certain dollar figure, a different set of rules can apply.
